Is Fresha really "0% commission"?

Only on repeat bookings. Fresha charges a mandatory subscription (12 €/staff/month on the Team plan, or a flat 17 €/month if you're solo on the single-calendar Independent plan - there's no free tier since 2025), a 20% commission on new clients who book through its marketplace, and a payment-processing fee on every card transaction on top of both. Rexabook is free when you take payment through us (your client covers a small booking fee), or 24 €/month with no commission if you'd rather take payment in person.

Can I migrate my Fresha data to Rexabook?

Yes. For your service catalogue, paste your Fresha URL into the AI Service Import. For your client list, export a CSV from Fresha and upload via the CSV Client Import.

Does Fresha charge no-shows automatically?

Fresha doesn't auto-charge no-shows the way Rexabook does. Rexabook's Card Protection charges no-shows and late cancellations automatically to the card on file via Stripe - included free in the base.
