Is there really a free trial?
Yes - 7 days, completely free, no card required. Use every base feature with no limits during the trial.
What's the difference between Base and Pro?
Nothing in the feature set - every feature is in both plans. The only difference is the included SMS allowance: Base suits most solo traders, Pro includes a much larger monthly allowance for busier shops. We never lock features behind a higher tier - extras like more team members or a custom domain are simple add-ons on either plan.
What is the launch offer and how long does it last?
The list price is £15/month. Founding members lock in £15/month forever - when we raise the list price, your price stays put. There's no end date on the offer for you personally; we close the offer to new signups when the customer base hits stability.
How does Card Protection work?
Write your cancellation policy once and customers tick to agree before they book. No-shows and late cancellations are charged automatically to the card on file via Stripe - included free in the base, and it activates the moment you turn on Rexabook Payments. Waive any charge with one tap, and trusted regulars are never charged by mistake.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your clients book through a simple web link and receive email confirmations and reminders automatically - no app to download.
Can I import my clients from another booking platform?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and upload it to Rexabook. We'll auto-detect the format and import your client list in seconds. You can also paste a public booking page URL and we'll AI-import your service catalogue too.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to subscribe. If you don't, your booking page pauses - no charges, no data deleted. Pick it back up whenever you're ready and everything comes back.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Rexabook is pay-as-you-go with no contracts and no minimum term. Cancel anytime from your dashboard - it takes 10 seconds.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Prices exclude VAT, charged at the UK standard rate of 20%. If you're VAT-registered, add your VAT number at checkout - you can reclaim the tax through your normal return.
Can I turn add-ons on and off?
Yes. Each add-on is a toggle in your billing settings - turn it on when you want it, off when you don't. Team seats and Custom Domain prorate to your monthly cycle. Rexabook Payments is free to enable at any time - turn it on once and the online-payment features unlock everywhere.
Why a £0.20 fee on online payments?
Every online transaction routed through Rexabook Payments adds a £0.20 service fee paid by your customer at checkout - it appears as a separate "Online payment fee" line. That covers our payment infrastructure and stays out of your earnings. Rexabook also takes 0.5% of the transaction (0.25% of which covers Stripe's standard payout cost, 0.25% is Rexabook margin). Standard Stripe processing (1.5% + 20p per UK card) is paid by you directly on each transaction.
