Booking that knows where you're driving
Built for mobile beauticians, barbers, cleaners, PTs, and tattoo artists. Per-day travel areas, travel-time-aware availability, and a daily route map - included in the Rexabook base.
Mobile mode is included in every Rexabook subscription - free during the 7-day trial, included in the €18/month base after.
Three postcodes, no warning
Most booking systems were built for fixed-location salons. Mobile work breaks them in quiet, expensive ways.
Sarah's a mobile beautician. Wednesday she's in CW10 - Crewe. She sets a 30-minute buffer between bookings and trusts the system to handle the rest.
A client books her for 12:00 in Crewe. The next one books 11:30 in Northwich - fifteen miles and twenty-five minutes away. Both bookings confirm. Both look fine on the diary.
Sarah finds out when she's running between them. The 12:00 client waits twenty minutes; she's flustered for the rest of the day. Other booking platforms can't catch this - they have staff calendars, not journey-aware availability.
Per-day coverage, not a one-size radius
Set per-day coverage - Mondays in N1, Tuesdays in E8, weekends in N16. The booking wizard hides slots that fall outside today's area. Customers in an area you don't cover see a soft message with a one-tap waitlist signup - you see those waitlist requests on your dashboard so you know where the demand is when you decide to expand.

The safety net for impossible journeys
Buffer time is location-blind - the same 30-minute gap whether the next client is next door or 10 miles away. Smart Scheduling adds a safety-net rule that hides slots when the actual journey clearly exceeds your buffer. The safety net only fires when buffer time would obviously fail - borderline cases still show.

- Borderline cases still show - only obvious failures hide
- Owner can override from the dashboard (warned but not blocked)
Sarah's route today affects availability. These are the slots that fit.
Clustered slots come first
When a customer opens the time picker, slots that work geographically float to the top - earlier start times in your area, then nearby variants, then a longer-journey slot as a fallback. Cuts dead-time driving and lets you stack your day tighter without surprises.

Mobile-aware scheduling - only on Rexabook
Most booking platforms have staff calendars. Few model journeys between same-day bookings. If you travel for work, the difference shows up the first week.
