The Free plan isn't a trial - it's free, permanently, with no time limit and no card required. The 7-day free trial applies to Starter and Pro, for traders who'd rather take payment in person: every feature is unlocked during the trial, with 20 SMS segments included; any sends beyond that are billed at the standard per-segment rate (the same rate Starter and Pro customers pay for overage). WhatsApp, email and push reminders are unmetered. If you'd rather skip the Starter/Pro trial, you can subscribe directly from the pricing page.

Every feature is in all four. Rexabook Free costs you nothing - your clients pay a small booking fee and Rexabook Payments (card payments) is required. The other three let you take payment in person instead: pay as you go charges you 30c per booking with no subscription and no monthly commitment, while Starter and Pro fix your monthly cost and include an SMS allowance - Starter suits most solo traders, Pro includes a much larger allowance for busier shops. Taking deposits or payment in full online is the one thing pay as you go does not do, since the whole point of it is that you handle the money yourself - everything else, Card Protection included, works the same once you connect Rexabook Payments. We never lock features behind a higher tier - extras like more team members or a custom domain are add-ons on any plan.

The list price is €20/month. Founding members lock in €20/month forever - when we raise the list price, your price stays put. There's no end date on the offer for you personally; we close the offer to new signups when the customer base hits stability.

Write your cancellation policy once and customers tick to agree before they book. No-shows and late cancellations are charged automatically to the card on file via Stripe - included on every plan, and it activates the moment you turn on Rexabook Payments. Waive any charge with one tap, and trusted regulars are never charged by mistake.

No. Your clients book through a simple web link and receive email confirmations and reminders automatically - no app to download.

Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and upload it to Rexabook. We'll auto-detect the format and import your client list in seconds. You can also paste a public booking page URL and we'll AI-import your service catalogue too.

You'll be prompted to subscribe. If you don't, your booking page pauses - no charges, no data deleted. Pick it back up whenever you're ready and everything comes back.

No. Rexabook is pay-as-you-go with no contracts and no minimum term. Cancel anytime from your dashboard - it takes 10 seconds.

Yes. Each add-on is a toggle in your billing settings - turn it on when you want it, off when you don't. Team seats and Custom Domain prorate to your monthly cycle. Rexabook Payments is free to enable at any time - turn it on once and the online-payment features unlock everywhere.

Yes - the Free plan costs you nothing. It stays out of your earnings, so you never pay it, and there's 0% Rexabook commission on your bookings. Card payments are processed by Stripe at their standard rates. None - you get every feature, the same as Starter and Pro. We make our money from the small booking fee your clients pay, so we only earn when you take a booking. There's 0% commission on your revenue, no contract, and nothing locked behind a higher tier - the only requirement is that Rexabook Payments is switched on so we can collect that fee.

Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, not to Rexabook - we never hold your money. Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard automatic schedule for your country, and you can see your exact payout schedule and balance any time in your Stripe dashboard.

Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Starter to Rexabook Pro upgrades immediately and is prorated for the rest of your billing cycle; moving down to Starter, or down to Rexabook Free, takes effect at your next renewal - you keep full access to your current plan until then. Pay as you go is different: switching onto it or off it takes effect straight away in either direction, and you'll need a card on file before you can move onto it. No fee to switch, either way.
