Every Rexabook plan gets every feature - there’s no tier where Card Protection, the AI Receptionist, or the mobile app are locked away. The four plans differ in exactly one thing: how you take payment, and how many texts you get each month.
Free
No monthly fee. Requires Rexabook Payments - instead of you paying a subscription, your customer covers a small booking fee at checkout. Your whole team is included at no extra cost; staff seats aren’t capped.
Best for new or lower-volume traders who don’t mind customers seeing a small fee at checkout, or anyone who’d rather pay nothing until they’re actually taking bookings.
Pay As You Go
No monthly plan and no Stripe Connect setup - take payment in person, with cash or your own card machine, the same way you always have. Instead of a subscription, you pay a small fee per booking, collected automatically from a card kept on file.
Best for traders who already have a way to take payment in person and don’t want an online payments setup at all.
Starter and Pro
Both are a fixed monthly fee with every feature included - the only difference between them is your monthly text allowance. Starter is sized for roughly 50-100 bookings a month; Pro carries a much larger allowance for busier shops that outgrow it.
Best for businesses with predictable, higher booking volume who’d rather budget one flat monthly cost than a per-booking fee.
Switching later
Change plans at any time from Billing. Nothing about your bookings, clients, or services changes when you switch - only how payment and texts are billed. See Understanding your Rexabook Payments fees and Your SMS allowance and topping up for the detail behind each.
Add-ons
Two add-ons layer on top of a plan rather than replacing it: Team (Starter/Pro only - Free already includes your whole team) adds a paid seat per staff member with its own text allowance, and Custom Domain (any plan) puts your booking page on a domain you own.
