Getting started with Rexabook

Set up your business profile, add your services, and take your first booking - the essential steps for a new Rexabook account.

In this guide
  1. 1. Set up your business profile
  2. 2. Add your services
  3. 3. Invite your team (optional)
  4. 4. Connect payments
  5. 5. Share your booking page
  6. What happens next

Rexabook gets you from signup to your first online booking in a few short steps. This guide covers the essentials - everything else in the dashboard is discoverable from there, but these are the parts worth doing in order.

1. Set up your business profile

Under Settings → Business Profile, add your business name, address, and opening hours. This is what customers see on your booking page, so treat it like a shop window - a clear name and accurate hours matter more than anything else here.

If you work from more than one location, add each one under Locations; each can carry its own hours and staff.

2. Add your services

Go to Services and add what you offer - name, duration, and price. Duration drives your calendar: a 45-minute haircut blocks 45 minutes, so get this right before you open bookings.

Services can be grouped and offered with staff-specific pricing if your team charges differently for the same service.

3. Invite your team (optional)

If you work with staff, add them under Team. Each staff member gets their own login, their own calendar, and can be assigned to specific services. A solo trader can skip this step entirely.

4. Connect payments

Rexabook Payments (built on Stripe) lets customers pay online, and powers deposits and Card Protection against no-shows. Go to Payments and follow the setup - it takes a few minutes and unlocks online payment on your booking page.

You don’t have to take online payments to use Rexabook - traders on the Pay As You Go plan can take payment in person and still get SMS reminders and Card Protection.

5. Share your booking page

Every account gets a booking page at <your-business>.rexabook.com. Share the link anywhere - Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, a QR code in your shop window. Customers pick a service, a time, and a staff member (if you have a team), and the booking lands straight in your calendar.

What happens next

Once bookings start coming in, the dashboard’s Today view is your daily home base - it shows what’s on, what needs attention, and any nudges worth acting on. From there, the rest of the platform (client notes, recurring bookings, reporting) is there when you need it, not before.
