Not every payment has to happen at the moment of booking - vouchers and packages let a customer pay ahead, for themselves or as a gift.
Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is a fixed amount, purchased upfront and redeemable later against any service. Turn them on from Payments → Gift vouchers, set the amounts you want to offer, and a purchase page becomes available for customers to buy one directly - handy around the busy gifting periods your business already sees a spike around.
Packages
A package bundles a set number of visits of a given service - ten sessions of the same treatment, say - sold as one upfront payment at a discount to booking them one at a time. Set these up under Services → Packages, choosing the service, the number of included visits, and the price.
Redeeming at booking
Both show up automatically when a customer with an active voucher or package books - the balance or remaining visit count is applied at checkout without them needing a code, and what’s left updates immediately after.
Requires Rexabook Payments
Vouchers and packages are both a form of prepayment, so they need Rexabook Payments connected the same as deposits and online booking do.
