In this guide
A page in the site builder is made up of blocks stacked in order - each one a distinct section type built for a specific kind of content, rather than one generic text box you have to format yourself.
About
A section for telling your story - who you are, how you got started, what makes your business yours. Works well near the top of a homepage, before a visitor’s looked at a single service.
FAQ
A list of question-and-answer pairs, shown as an expandable list. The natural home for anything you find yourself explaining to every new customer - parking, what to bring, cancellation policy in plain language - so it stops needing to be said out loud each time.
Before & After
A paired-image block for showing the result of your work side by side with the starting point - built for trades where the outcome is the sale: hairdressers, tattoo studios, personal trainers, anyone whose work is best explained by a photo rather than a sentence.
Promo
A callout block for a specific offer or announcement - a seasonal discount, a new service launch, anything time-bound that deserves more visual weight than a line in your About section.
Combining blocks
A page can use any mix of blocks in any order, and the same block type can appear more than once on a page - two Before & After blocks for two different services is a normal way to use it, not an edge case.
