Rexabook Payments is built on Stripe, so the money itself - and the record of where it’s gone - lives in your own Stripe account, not locked inside Rexabook.
How payouts work
Customer payments settle to your connected Stripe account, then pay out to your bank account on Stripe’s standard payout schedule for your country. Rexabook doesn’t hold funds or sit between you and your bank - it only initiates the charge.
Checking a payout
Open your Stripe dashboard from Payments → View in Stripe to see individual payouts, their timing, and which transactions make up each one. This is also where you’ll find Stripe’s own transaction fee broken out separately from Rexabook’s booking and platform fees - see Understanding your Rexabook Payments fees for what each one is.
If a payout looks short
Check the transactions that made it up in Stripe first - a refund, a dispute, or Stripe’s processing fee are the usual reasons a payout is smaller than the total you took in bookings that period, and all three are itemized there.
Self-employed staff have their own payouts
If you’ve connected self-employed staff under Per-Staff Connect, their bookings settle to their own Stripe account and payout on their own schedule - not through yours.
