Not every team is made up of employees on a wage - a lot of barbershops and salons run on a booth or chair-rental model, where each stylist is their own business renting space from you. Per-Staff Connect is built for exactly that.
Who this is for
Anyone on your team who’s self-employed and takes payment as their own business, not yours - they invoice or are paid directly for their own work, and you’re not the one responsible for passing their earnings on to them.
Setting it up
From their profile under Team → [staff member] → Payments, a self-employed staff member connects their own Stripe account, the same few-minute setup as connecting Rexabook Payments for the business itself - just under their name instead of yours.
How bookings settle
Once connected, any booking assigned to that staff member settles straight to their own Stripe account, not yours. You never see the money, and you’re not responsible for paying it out to them separately - Stripe handles it as their own merchant of record.
What stays with you as the owner
The booking page, the calendar, and scheduling all stay unified - customers still book through your one page, and you still see every appointment on your team’s shared calendar. Only where the money goes changes; everything about how bookings are made and managed looks the same as it does for the rest of your team.
