Two features exist specifically for the customers who keep coming back - the ones a booking page alone doesn’t do much for.
Recurring appointments
For a client who books the same service on a regular cycle - every four weeks for a cut, say - set up a recurring appointment from their booking or their client profile, and Rexabook books the following occurrences automatically on that cadence. Each one still behaves like a normal booking: the customer gets the usual confirmations and reminders, and can cancel or reschedule any single occurrence without affecting the rest of the series.
The loyalty stamp card
A digital stamp card that fills up as a client completes bookings with you, redeemable for whatever reward you set - a free service, a discount, anything you’d normally run as a paper card behind the till. It’s tracked automatically against each client’s booking history, so there’s nothing for you or the customer to remember to bring.
Setting one up
Turn on loyalty from Settings → Loyalty, choose how many stamps earn a reward and what that reward is. It applies across all your services unless you scope it to specific ones.
Where customers see it
A client’s stamp progress shows on their confirmation and in the client portal, so they can see how close they are to a reward without asking you.
