Setting up your booking page and business profile

Your business profile, hours, and locations - the details that make your booking page look right before you share it.

In this guide
  1. Business profile
  2. Opening hours and time off
  3. Multiple locations
  4. Profile page extras
  5. Sharing your page

Your booking page is the first thing most customers ever see of your business - often before they’ve set foot in it. Get the profile behind it right before you share the link anywhere.

Business profile

Under Settings → Business Profile, set your business name, address, and opening hours. This is the shop window: a clear name and accurate hours matter more than anything else on this page.

Opening hours and time off

Set your weekly working hours, then add one-off time off or holidays as they come up. Rexabook won’t offer a slot outside these hours, so keeping them current is what keeps your calendar honest - no double-booking a day you’re actually closed.

Multiple locations

If you work from more than one site, add each under Locations. Every location carries its own hours and its own staff assignments, so a booking page for a two-site business only ever offers times and people that are actually there.

Profile page extras

Photos, an FAQ, social links, and Google Reviews all show on your public profile once added. None of it is required to start taking bookings, but filling it in gives a first-time visitor a reason to trust you before they hand over a card.

Sharing your page

Every account gets a booking page at <your-business>.rexabook.com the moment you sign up. Share it anywhere - an Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, a QR code by the till. If you’d rather it live on a domain you already own, see Custom domains.
